DELIVERY

I AM CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE DELIVERY ON ALL ORDERS OVER €150 (including VAT). Note: Prices shown on product pages include VAT.

Where do you deliver to?

I am currently shipping to the following countries: 

Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Ireland (Republic), United Kingdom (mainland only).

If you would like to place an order for a country I have not listed, please contact me and I will check if it is possible. Due to my items being made in precious metals I can only sell depending on the hallmarking requirements of your country. For more information please refer to the hallmarking page.

What is the cost?

Postage costs are as follows. This includes tracking and orders may require signature. 

Belgium (normally via GLS) - €10

Netherlands, Germany (normally via GLS) - €15

Ireland (normally via GLS or Fedex) - €25

United Kingdom (mainland only, normally via Fedex) - €25

How long will my order take?

The majority of orders are handmade to order so please allow 3 weeks from ordering until dispatch.

Expected delivery time in Belgium is 2 working days following dispatch. For other locations, expected delivery time is up to 5 working days following dispatch but this can vary. 

If you require your items more quickly than this please get in touch and I will do my best to meet any special requirements. 

Other important information

For customers outside the EU, VAT will not be charged when you place your order. However, you will have to pay import VAT and any customs charges to receive your order. Please note, the customer is fully responsible for these fees as well as any other additional charges incurred. The minimum order for the UK is €160 (excluding VAT and shipping).

Please note, the above delivery information may differ for commission pieces.

RETURNS

If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days by emailing info@lg-creations.com. Once acceptance of your request has been confirmed, the item must then be returned unworn and in its original packaging. Please note, unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for any return postage costs. For hygiene reasons, earrings will not be able to be returned. Any bespoke pieces or made to order pieces will also not be able to be returned. The original delivery cost will not be refunded. If the order qualified for free delivery, the original delivery cost will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

Note - a refund will not be able to be made until the returned item has been received. Postage with insurance, track and trace, signature on receipt is therefore recommended.  The item must be unworn and in its original packaging.
